20L Vertical Wooden Wine Barrel w/ Faucet&Bracket for storing whiskey, rum, brandy

About this barrel

Most people picture a barrel lying on its side, but a vertical oak barrel with faucet stands upright on its bracket, and that changes how it fits into a room. This new 20L model is listed for storing whiskey, rum and brandy.

Why choose a vertical oak barrel with faucet over a horizontal one?

Mostly for the footprint and the look. An upright barrel can tuck into a corner or sit on a counter, and the faucet lets you serve without tipping or lifting anything.

• Check the overall height and base size in the listing before you pick a spot.
• Fill a new barrel with water first to swell the oak.
• Capacity is 20 liters, about 5.3 US gallons.
• The interior char isn't specified here. Ask the seller if it matters for your spirit.
