How do you care for a 20 liter vertical wine barrel with faucet?

Keep the wood moist. Swell it with water before the first fill, and don't leave it empty for long, because dry oak shrinks and can open gaps between the staves.

• Keep it away from heaters and direct sun to slow evaporation.
• Check the faucet for drips during the water test.
• A barrel this size ages spirits more slowly than a mini, so taste every few weeks.
• Check the listing for the bracket's material and finish.
