20L Vertical Wooden Wine Barrel w/ Faucet&Bracket for storing whiskey, rum, brandy

About this barrel

Looking for a 20 liter oak barrel for aging rum? This new vertical wooden barrel is listed for whiskey, rum and brandy. It comes with a faucet for pouring and a bracket to hold it upright.

Is a 20 liter oak barrel for aging rum worth it?

Yes, if you want more than a sample. Rum picks up color and wood character from oak over time. A 20L barrel works more slowly than a mini, which gives you more control over when to pull a pour.

• Taste through the faucet as it ages instead of opening the barrel.
• Soak a new barrel with water first so the wood swells and seals.
• The data doesn't give toast or char details, so confirm them on the eBay listing.
• About 5.3 gallons of space for spiced, dark or homemade rum projects.
