1 Gallon Charred American Oak Aging Barrel Dispenser, 5 Liter Wooden

About this barrel

The front of this oak barrel dispenser is a chalkboard, so you can write what's inside, the fill date or a custom label for guests. It's a 1 gallon (5 liter) oak aging barrel on a wood stand, listed new at $154.98.

Why pick an oak barrel dispenser with a chalkboard front?

If you rotate spirits or run several barrels, a front you can write on saves guesswork. It also makes the barrel a talking point on a home bar or at a party.

• Use chalk or a chalk marker to track the spirit and the start date.
• Soak the barrel with water before filling so it seals.
• Try it for whiskey, rum or batched cocktails.
• The title is cut off, so check the listing for spigot, bung and char details.
