What does 'constant pressure' mean on a 10 liter oak barrel listing?

The seller uses the phrase in the title without explaining it. If it matters to you, ask before buying, and read the full description for capacity, finish and fittings.

• Resting blanco tequila reposado-style is a fun first project.
• At 10 liters, aging is slower than in mini barrels, so you don't need to taste as often.
• Fill it with water first and let the wood swell until it's tight.
• Refill it promptly between batches so the staves don't shrink.
