1 Liter Oak Bourbon Aging Barrel Dispenser W/ Stand Bung & Spigot Age Cocktails

About this barrel

You can make barrel-aged Manhattans and Old Fashioneds at home with a 1 liter oak bourbon aging barrel, and this new dispenser comes with a stand, bung and spigot for $89.08. One liter is a compact size for a bar cart or counter.

Why choose a 1 liter oak bourbon aging barrel for cocktails?

A tiny barrel puts a lot of wood in contact with a small amount of liquid, so flavor builds quickly. That makes it handy for testing recipes in short rounds instead of waiting months.

• Fill it with water first and let it swell until it stops leaking.
• Taste every few days, because one liter can turn woody fast.
• The title doesn't give a char level, so check the description.
• Use it for straight bourbon or pre-batched cocktails.
