1 Liter Bourbon Aging Barrel Dispenser | Charred Wood Whiskey Bourbon Barrel

About this barrel

This 1 liter bourbon aging barrel dispenser is part aging cask and part serving piece. The title says the wood is charred, and it's listed new at $90.03. It holds about one bottle of bourbon or whiskey, so you can deepen the flavor and pour straight from the barrel.

How fast does a 1L charred barrel change bourbon?

Quickly. Bourbon that's already aged can take on extra oak and color within days to a couple of weeks. Taste it often and bottle it once it tastes right to you.

• Good for: finishing store-bought bourbon, aging white whiskey or batched cocktails.
• Season it: soak it in water first. Some people also rinse it with a little spirit afterward.
• Display: a barrel dispenser looks good on a bar shelf.
• Check: the photos for stand and tap details.
