2L Charred American White Oak Bourbon Aging Barrel Dispenser B512

About this barrel

This 2L charred American white oak bourbon barrel dispenser (model B512 in the title) does two jobs: it ages your spirit and it serves it. It's listed new at $91.08 by an independent eBay seller.

Why choose a bourbon barrel dispenser over a decanter?

A decanter just holds liquor. A charred white oak dispenser keeps working on it, adding color, oak and sweetness between pours. Your bourbon keeps changing while it waits on the shelf.

• Wood: American white oak, the classic bourbon wood, charred on the inside.
• Capacity: 2 liters, about two and a half standard 750 mL bottles.
• Setup: fill it with water and wait until the seams stop leaking, then add spirit.
• Verify: check the description for the stand, tap and other parts that come with model B512.

A good fit for a home bar where the barrel stays on display and the bourbon keeps aging.
