1L Oak Aging Barrel with Stand, Bung & Spigot - Mini Whiskey & Wine Aging Kit

About this barrel

Curious about barrel aging but not ready for a big cask? This 1L oak aging barrel kit comes with a stand, bung and spigot. It's a small, low-risk setup for whiskey or wine, and later on you can even use it for homemade vinegar.

Can one mini oak barrel be used for both whiskey and wine?

It can, but flavors carry over from one batch to the next. Many people start with spirits and then move on to wine or vinegar once the wood has mellowed, instead of switching back and forth.

• Soak it with water first so the barrel doesn't leak.
• The title doesn't mention charring, so check the description for the interior finish.
• Keep it filled between batches so the staves don't dry out.
• Listed as new and covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
