Which size European oak mini whiskey barrel should you pick?

Smaller casks age faster. A 1L barrel gives quick results but can over-oak a spirit if you forget about it. A 2L or 3L cask trades some speed for more room for error.

• Size check: the title lists 1L, 2L and 3L, so confirm which option you've selected.
