Heritage Collection Polished Wood Whiskey Barrel Spirits Dispenser 27 oz

About this barrel

Looking for a whiskey barrel spirits dispenser with a finished look? This 27 oz Heritage Collection piece has a polished oak exterior. It's listed as open box, which means the packaging has been opened. It would suit a home bar shelf, a man-cave counter or a small-batch aging project.

Is an open-box whiskey barrel spirits dispenser worth it?

At this price it can be, as long as you confirm what's in the box. Look closely at the photos and read the description before you buy.

• Check whether the spigot, bung and any stand are included.
• Ask the seller if the inside is bare or charred before you age anything in it, since the polish only describes the outside.
• Soak it with water first so the staves swell and seal.
• The purchase is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

It also makes a handsome bourbon gift for anyone who likes to pour from a barrel instead of a bottle.
