How do you start using a Red Head Barrels 1L charred oak barrel?

Fill it with warm or room-temperature water and leave it until the wood swells and stops leaking. Then drain it and add your spirit. Taste every few days at first.

• Check the listing for which accessories are included.
• The title doesn't give a char level, so look in the description.
• Second and third fills age more gently, so adjust your timing.
• Keep it away from direct heat to limit evaporation.
