1L–3L Mini Oak Aging Barrel, Whiskey Bourbon Wine Cask, Wooden Storage

About this barrel

Shopping for a mini oak aging barrel but can't decide on a size? According to the title, this new listing covers 1L to 3L options for whiskey, bourbon or wine. It's shown at $59.49, so check whether that price applies to the size you pick.

Which size mini oak barrel is right for you?

The 1L ages fastest and suits quick experiments. A 3L works more slowly, which gives you more control over the oak and more to pour once it's ready.

• Sizes: check the listing's options menu to see exactly which capacities are offered.
• Prep: soak the barrel with water so the wood swells before you add spirits.
• Storage use: it also works as a wooden cask for serving.
• Details: the char level isn't listed, so ask the seller.
