Antique IW Harper Whisky Barrel The Gold Medal Whiskey Empty RARE!!!!

About this barrel

An antique IW Harper whiskey barrel brings old distillery history into a den, bar or shop window. This used, empty oak barrel references The Gold Medal Whiskey in its listing and is offered by an independent eBay seller for $249.99.

Is a vintage IW Harper barrel for display or for aging?

Think of it as breweriana decor first. Its age and capacity aren't given, so if you want to refill it, start by looking closely at the staves and hoops.

• Size: capacity is listed as 'other', so check the description or ask for dimensions.
• Markings: zoom into the photos to see which labels or stamps remain.
• Condition: used wood can show cracks, loose hoops or dryness, so check every angle.
• Placement: an empty whiskey barrel works as a side-table base or a shelf accent.
