Engraved 2 Liter Charred American White Oak Wooden Barrel Pirate Ship Spiced Rum

About this barrel

This engraved 2 liter charred American white oak rum barrel carries a pirate ship theme that suits spiced rum. It is a used listing from an independent eBay seller, priced at $54.99.

Is a used mini barrel worth buying?

It can be, if the photos and description are clear. Because the item is used, check the listing closely for the interior, any wear and whether it holds liquid.

• Charred oak can add smoky, caramel-like notes to rum.
• A 2 liter barrel ages quickly, so taste every few days.
• Swell the wood with water and look for leaks before filling.
• Ask the seller about prior use and cleaning.

The engraving also makes it a fun gift or shelf piece. Purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
