1L Oak Aging Barrel with Stand & Spigot - Mini Wooden Whiskey, Bourbon, Rum, Win

About this barrel

The two accessories most people want are right in the title of this 1L oak aging barrel with stand and spigot. The independent eBay seller lists it as new at $50.99, built for small runs of whiskey, bourbon, rum or wine on a desk, shelf or bar top.

Why buy a 1L oak aging barrel with stand and spigot?

The stand keeps it steady and the spigot lets you sample without pulling the bung, which matters when a mini cask changes flavor this quickly.

• Fill with water first and wait for the staves to swell shut.
• Check the spigot fitting for drips during the water soak.
• Sample every few days, since a 1-liter barrel can over-oak fast.
• Char level isn't stated, so check the description.
