Small Vintage Oak Wood Whiskey Barrel Keg With 6 Metal Bands Antique W Germany

About this barrel

Six metal bands wrap this small vintage oak whiskey barrel keg, an antique that the title marks as from W Germany, priced at $174.99. Its small size makes it easy to place on a bar shelf, bookcase or mantel without crowding the room.

Is a small vintage whiskey barrel keg for use or for decor?

The listing doesn't give its condition, so assume it's decorative unless the seller confirms it holds liquid.

• Origin: the title says W Germany, a detail collectors often look for. Ask the seller for any markings.
• Bands: check the photos to see whether all six metal bands are tight and rust-free.
• Size: capacity isn't listed, so ask for dimensions before you choose a spot.
• Care: dust it gently and keep it away from heat vents.

A charming small accent for whiskey fans and anyone who collects European antiques.
